We used Universal Innovations consulting and Cont LLC as a part of a Lowes roofing contract for our residential home this summer. The crew was on the job site for 28 days and it was plagued with quality installation problems. We had multiple calls to Lowes and the owner about our concerns. On day ten of the project, when the job should've already been completed, it rained in our home for 3 days... damaging the ceiling in six rooms. After this horrific experience, I would NOT recommend this contractor or Lowes.

Great price as well as great cleanup

I would highly recommend this company for any and all work you may need done. They did a awesome job re-modeling my kitchen. Starting with the removal of a complete wall. Removing the cabinets and a wall oven, along with the old electrical wiring. Re-placing the cabinets and wall oven on the opposite wall, also installing new electrical wiring and connecting the wall oven. They created a half wall that would serve as a bar for extra seating, once the new counter top was installed. The walls left needed new backslash installed and more electrical outlets added for the new microwave that they installed. It was a task to fine studs in the old (1940) walls for the installation of the backer board and the new wall mount microwave. But they managed to get it all installed and secure. Thay also installed the new glass top stove with new electrical wiring (SAFETY) the old wiring sure didn't look safe. And to finish it up they installed my new sink and did all the necessary plumbing wotk. Awesome job -- NO more leaking pipes.
They were very polite, professional, always on time, hard working and worked continuously. There was no down time, no breaks, no waited idol time. They were very focused on the job at hand, very considerant and cleaned their work area daily. Excellent workmanship, stayed on schedule and true to their word. A all around good experience with this company... they did a outstanding job!

I highly recommend this company! I had them install overhead lighting in my house. My house was built in 1951 so you can imagine the electrical issues they ran into. They were extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to upgrade the electrical system in my house. They were careful when they moved my furniture and always cleaned their work space each day. They worked hard and worked very efficiently. Always professional. Always friendly. They gave me exactly what I wanted, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! You won't be disappointed if you choose this company to do your next construction job!
