    He has canceled on me 4 times now and left me hanging for 2 months with a chimney that NEEDS to be swept as it is my ONLY source of heat. Two times he never even called to cancel, I had to call and ask what happened. Unfortunately I went with this company at the beginning of the burn season and everyone else is booked months in advance now.
