    Up Top Home Improvements has done work for me on several properties. The guys are friendly, professional, and they have gone out of their way to keep me apprised of the progress of the work. I would highly recommend Up Top Home Improvements, and I will definitely be calling them whenever I need work done.

    I had Joe and Joe come to my house to inspect my fireplace and tell us why it always smokes the house out when we start a fire. They found that the flue was offset and wasnt drafting properly. So they installed a 10inch lining system to a custom heatalator with a smoke guard and smoke stack, and Needless to say my husband and I were impressed and very pleased with the work that was done. Our fireplace has never worked better, heats the house faster then ever. We highly recommend them!

    Our Experience with Up Top was and is very poor Buisness with them! They sent out two young guys to do a $1,300.00 job on our chimney. They ran a new pipe down our chimney an now our pellet stove does not work!! Had our pellet stove guy come out to see if it was the pellet stove, but wasn't! Needless to say they fired the guy who did our job an everytime I try to call for them to fix what there employer messed up they won't return any phone calls.. I have a 91yr old father-in-law that lives with us an no thanks to UP TOP we have no heat. So now we have to hire someone that honors there mistakes, an pay more money.. My big advise DO NOT RECOMMEND UP TOP HOME THEY DONT IMPROVE YOUR HOME!! Sad to submit this review I have to hit a rate star. Just hitting the one star just so this won't happen to anyone else call someone else

    These guys came to my house and were very professional with their analysis, they showed me camera footage of the inside of my chimney which showed cracks and holes everywhere. Since I chose to repair it on the spot the owner was very reasonable and worked with me on the price. They completed the job without disturbing my day and left my basement cleaner than I do! I'd recommend them over any other home improvement business I have ever dealt with ... Thanks Up Top !!

    These guys are the best. I have never dealt with a more professional honest contractor with no "hidden surprises". Not to mention they did the right work at the right price with the right material. I am a retired plumber so I know the work I needed and would highly recommend this company. Thanks Mike!!
