    Horrible warranty. They don't fix anything. Gutters leaking, cement sinking and gaps in bathtubs that I can stick my finger in down to the knuckle and they told me to take quarter round and put it around the tub and caulk over it. Wouldn't even fix it under warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUILDER. MANY issues and they don't even take care of BBB complaints.

    Great experience from start to finish! They paid close attention to details and they were constantly communicating with us on the status of the construction.

    We asked for the same island as the model homes, does it look the same to you?. We asked for the same railing as the model, does the quality compare to you? They told us they drop their exteriors low & it's built into their price, look at how they appeared on our plans vs how they actually did it. On top of all this, we have an email that said to plan on 3-4 months... we are in month 10. When I asked if we were within a month of close *(as we estimated from the '60 days til close' email they sent us)* their response was less than comforting to us :( no wonder they aren't a member of the bbb. We have lost trust & respect for Updwell Homes, Haskell Homes & Guy M Haskell. We were going to wait to leave reviews/comments in hopes that they would redeem themselves in the end, but we feel they are just getting worse... We are now putting together a blog with our entire experience. On May 21st, if we haven't closed, check back, we will post the link to the blog including pictures, phone calls, texts, docs, verbal conversations recorded with various employees & even videos... stay tuned...
