    I could tell from the time Ozzy came to provide a quote for our project that he was creative, took great pride in his work and would be dependable. He is all of these things and more. I worked with Ozzy remotely, from out of state, and felt completely comfortable during all phases of our project. He kept me up to date regularly, spent great time and care in helping us make decisions regarding materials and design and took the initiative to meet/work with the HOA maintenance manager which helped improve a critical plumbing issue at no cost to us. Not only will I use Ozzy and his crew, who were extremely respectful and tidy, again, I will highly recommend L&O Custom Designs to all my friends needing any work on their homes. We now have two beautiful bathrooms, a kitchen and living area to enjoy, thanks to Ozzy.
