Used this company for privacy fence. For the most part this was a great experience. There are a few issues that I ran into with this company that did not sit well with me. Positives were that the customer service people onsite leading up to installation was great. Very timely communication and polite. My fencing looks great as an ending project. The group that came out for installation were friendly, and communicated when they were unsure of something.
Negatives were one of the installers wrecked one of my sprinkler heads and the lines going to and from it. When I had estimate done I was made aware that without any plans of the sprinklers they cannot be held responsible for damaged sprinklers, which ok that's fine. My biggest issue is that it happened the first day of installation and I was not made aware of it until I discovered it myself while doing my final walk through which then the person disclosed what happened. The other thing I encountered was the handle placed on the fence door had a cosmetic defect that was not minor. Minor or not you're paying thousands for a fence so you want quality for your buck. I called the office to report and was told they would get back to me and heard nothing to this day. These two things are the only reason there is no 5 stars, because otherwise they were good.
