Been in the house Allan Atha built for 2 months.
So far we have had to have the Hot water tank electric’s completely replaced. All 3 toilets replaced , many shingles on the roof replaced. A lot of paint and caulk replaced and repaired . The master shower tile looks like a cheap motel with caulk in every corner instead of grout, the tile is so bad you can see every seam..
Allan Atha will not speak to his customers. You can only talk to the sales lady. He will not communing phone or in person. Refuses to repair and correct the shower issue. If I could post pictures on here I would.
