Great work all around! Not an easy task because of the shape of my dinning room. Very skilled! Very friendly and willing to go the extra mile for his customers !

Zach did a wonderful job completing major renovaitons on my house. There was a lot of work to be done including completly redoing 2 bathrooms, replacing exterior trim and painting most rooms. He worked hard and efficiently and was able to finish the job in only 6 weeks. My home finally looks the way i want it to. Well done Upton Properties!

Zach is fully licensed and insured. He renovated my master bathroom and a second bathroom. He is the most responsive and competent person I ever worked with. He actually listened to me (kind of rare), did everything we agreed to, was on time, and at the end of the day, created a truly masterful bathroom that will add value and comfort to my home for years to come.
