    Urban Built was recommended to me for the quality and expertise of their work. Having looked at photos of some of their completed projects, I was excited to meet with them and discuss the renovations for our newly acquired Portage Park bungalow. They listened to our needs and desires and walked us through each area of work offering options and suggestions as to the various ways to achieve our goals. Once finalized, Urban
    Built started immediately on our home renovation. Each day their work proceeded with an impeccable eye for detail and professionalism. I was happy to receive photos of completed tasks and projects. Always I felt that not only were they working to my high degree of expectations but also to their high degree of professional perfection. What may have been most helpful and most important to me is that when potential problems arose they were on top of options that would solve dilemmas and were in constant contact with my wife and me as to how to proceed. When all was said and done, the transformation of what was once just an idea or vision was in fact a home that transcended my expectations.
