I have been in the construction service industry for years. This company does great work however it is actually getting them to do it that is the problem. They take the 60/40% split for payment and then ignore your calls for weeks and sometimes months before you even get a response. Once you do, you are given an excuse as to why the last appointment was not met and the cycle starts over. All I can say is good luck getting them to actually show up. Hopefully we do not have to end up in civil court to get our money back
