They’re frauds. License is inactive and they still do work. Luis Borunda is a fraud who is claiming Grant’s company as his own. They start jobs and don’t finish. The work is mediocre. They do several things that are against code and lie to customers about permits being approved. They blame everything on the customer and it’s never their fault. Stay away. Did I mention that Luis Borunda is a fraud…

AVOID THEM! Hired them for emergency sill plating repair. They didn't show up and then quit the project entirely after we blocked our schedule and had other crews lined up for dry wall based around their broken commitment. Grant sounded like he was very drunk when I asked on the phone why he wasn't coming.
