Horrible communication from so called superintendent Their super lied not only to us but the owner of the company to cover up something he agreed to (I had email proof of agreement). Very inexperienced staff. No sense of urgency. Warranty repair person hacked up our door while she attempted to repair it. I have worked in construction for many years. It's been a long time since I have worked with such an incompetent group of people.

Working with Urban NW Builders was a terrific way to build a house. As a senior home buyer with special needs and also raising a teenager, I entered into the project with many misgivings. I asked lots of questions, and was pleased at how well the project and site managers listened to me, and were able to meet my needs. Throughout the whole process I was able to give in-put on each phase. The client relations manager kept communications flowing and double checked orders and preferences. This is the only home I will ever build, so while I don't plan on doing it again, I can share the experience with others.

After working with Urban Northwest for a year to build our dream home I was sent an email saying they were terminating our contract. Apparently they’re one of only a few builders that hide that clause in their contract allowing them to do that. We are devastated.
