Urban Solar is a state licensed Solar Contractor (CVC56948). In January 2014, Key Power Services, Inc. of Naples, FL became Urban Solar, Inc. and our services were expanded to almost all parts of South Florida (south of Orlando). We provide on-grid and off-grid services and have years of proven experience in the solar industry. Michael R Vergona - President has experience with some of the largest and most prestigious solar electric installations in the state. His project management and vision are the backbone of Urban Solar's success.

They are thiefs. Everything is a lie. And they take advantage of older people. In the end they cannot collect the credit and read the fine print. Because they do it in collusion with the bank to keep the property in case you can't pay it. I'm going to make sure the world knows. Everything they say is a real lie. If the panel is damaged they tell you that they are responsible. Lieaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, it's the owner's responsibility.

The team at Urban Solar was fantastic to deal with. From the project manager down to the installers they all worked to have 100% customer satisfaction. They even called after the installation to see if I was completely satisfied. I would recommend this company to anyone who is considering solar power.

My sales person from Urban Solar Group lied to me! Tommy told me my monthly bill would be less than end of year tax assessment and would also be less than the cost of my current electric bill. This was a lie. My mortgage payment went from approx. $1,800 to over $2,400. Be very careful dealing with Urban Solar or you may find your self in the same predicament as my family. I have reached out to the company and they have refused to refund the purchase which is over 200% profit for them. The owner does't care about customer service at all. They will respond stating they have tried to offer solutions to which is just more lies. Stay away from these guys.

Urban Solar is the best solar company hands down. They are very organized and friendly. I've interacted with their team many times and I'm already sold. I look forward to having a home run completely off of Solar. Urban Solar is the future of solar energy.

Look no further! If you are considering solar panels for your home or business, we already did the research for you! After deciding to install solar panels on my 1950s Florida bungalow, my son and I spent MONTHS researching the local solar panel companies and narrowed the list down to the top five. Then we had intensive meetings with all five of the solar companies, some virtual and some in person. After more due diligence (even searching court records and the Better Business Bureau) we finally decided to go with Urban Solar. Not only did they offer the best financing terms and interest rate, but we were most impressed with Andy Hopta (561-723-9717) who was our initial point of contact. Andy was impressively thorough and honest and designed the perfect configuration for my home. He is also just an all-around great guy and such a pleasure to deal with. Andy oversaw our entire installation from start to finish and was always available to answer the numerous questions we had. The entire staff of Urban Solar was remarkable – from the installers who worked diligently to get the job done swiftly and efficiently to the Vice President of Operation Rhiannon Eslahi who personally guided us from start to finish and even gave us her cell phone number! As we all know, customer service at this level is extremely rare these days. We could not be happier with our solar system, and it truly is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The panels have only been up for two months are we are already seeing significant savings (my FPL bill this month is $10). We are also exporting tons of energy to the grid and doing our part to combat climate change. Another major benefit is the HUGE tax credit – and if you are going to get panels installed, do it soon before they get rid of “net metering!” Tell Andy you saw this review and he’ll give me a cookie!
