This woman does fraudulent business and doesn’t care about her reputation. Will screw you over for money. Pat Billingslea agreed to take on two renovation projects that I believe now were well beyond her level of experience. Instead of being honest and saying that, she significantly underquoted the price and timeline for these projects. Recycled materials were used for interior doors and a screen door. Items that were supposed to be fixed like sub-flooring, plumbing, ceiling repair, replacing termite damaged wood, were not. She didn’t pull ANY permits (and lied about it) although her subcontractor attempted to fix plumbing. She changed a lockbox code that didn’t belong to her without permission, and her communication was poor. She stopped taking calls and ignored texts. She also made decisions against what the clients wanted for design. Her team completely stopped working– they left construction debris throughout the house and on the curb and food in the fridge. The steps outside are half stained, doors hung don’t have knobs, a modern sink faucet was removed to be replaced with a downgrade, new wood rails were added to wood that’s dry rotted– I could go on. She quoted 14 days for this. It’s been 60 now. Thankfully, the second project was never started. Unfortunately, she came referred to me from a colleague and I passed her info along to my investors. Never again. I wouldn’t recommend her to renovate a dog house.

Mrs. Patty of Urbanic Homes was extremely eager to meet with me initially. She swore she was a woman of her word and followed up and followed through. However, once she received the initial payment I never heard from her. This after multiple phone calls, text emails and even visits to her home. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not trust her!
