We hired Luis Urbina to install a kitchen hood vent back in July. He completed the interior work and knew he had to return to add a vent on the outside of the house once we were ready. His worked came back and installed something that was completely wrong for what we needed. After 3 months of trying to get him to correct it, my husband ended up buying what he needed and installing it in 5 minutes himself. Stupidly, we paid him $850 in full before work was completed. He did come back twice and both times the parts were still wrong! He wanted us to buy the part and have him install. Thats after we paid him in full!! After that, he just started to ignore us and we haven't heard from him since. I highly suggest you do not use his service. My contractor has had same issue with him. He could care less about the customer! Disgraceful.

Paid Urbina nine months ago for new air conditioner . unit has never worked. he claims waiting for manufacturer. he got mad that we asked him to come back and fix. I HIRED ANOTHER COMPANY FOR SIMPLE FIX !!!!!!!!
