Urena Construction & Design did an amazing job on renovating my brownstone. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent work quality made every interaction with this team a pleasure. The crew was prompt, courteous, and attentive throughout the entire process. As my grandson describes our home "we now live in a mansion". Thank you Javier, Alejandro, Jonathan, and the entire Urena Construction and Design team for a marvelous job. Well done!! I highly recommend Urena to anyone looking for a high quality, dependable, professional and trustworthy construction team.

My Manhattan apartment was left a disaster in May of 2021 after a massive steam break that went undiscovered for 2 days. The apartment looked like an abandoned warehouse with pain hanging off of ceilings and walls, beautiful wood flooring unrecognizable with imbedded plaster and paint, and damage to wood trim and doors.
As a construction manager for the City of New York I'm always a bit leery of contractors but after a short time dealing with Mr. Michael D'Antoni and his crew I felt a sense that Urena took personal pride in their workmanship and now that the work is completed, and believe me it was no easy task, I am so happy with the finished product.
In fact, my floors which were a total disaster, are the crown jewel and my neighbors cannot believe how beautiful they came out. I should charge admission to have them walked on.

In June 2020, our home suffered a fire that due to smoke and water damaged, needed to be totally rebuilt from top to bottom Ureña Construction was recommended by our public adjuster and we could not have been any happier. We met Odalis at his office in August and by November, work was underway The staff at Ureña was always available to discuss, responsive and attentive and the work done was top notch from granite, cabinets, floors, bathroom accessories, lights, fans, electrical, painting, building and structural, all items were extraordinary and everything was done to code. The water was always polite, able to answer the many questions that I had.. Odalis, the owner is very knowledgeable with years of experience and project manager, Jonathan always followed through with me on the many items that needed attention & went above and beyond to insure that my home would be rebuilt exactly as we needed. The staff, Michael, Chris, Javier, Alejandro, Carolina, Michelle & Zoe treated me with the utmost of professionalism and I would recommend Ureña Construction and Design for anyone looking to remodel or rebuild their home.

Unfortunately, we had a fire and it was horrible.
When we had lost hope, Ureña construction came along and made us feel good. They always responded when we had any questions or add-ons for the house. They did amazing work and it feels like a different house. I will definitely contact them for more projects in my home.

Urena Construction was recommended to me after a major water leak I had in my house. They have done an excellent job and I would not hesitate to call them again for anything I might need in the future. Odalis and Michael have been very courteous and respectful to me and my house. Michael was responsible for the job and he has done a wonderful job, made sure everything was clean, and finished in a very timely manner. I actually called him for another small job that needed immediate attention and he managed to fit me in the schedule as quickly as possible. Thank you Michael for your courtesy and professionalism. Michael D’Antoni and the entire Urena Construction & Design Inc. did it again...EXCEEDED my expectation! The timing was horrible as my family was still grieving a loss, however Michael and Jonathan made the process seamless. They were very professional, explained the process, and got the job done. Odalis has an amazing team that works diligently to ensure satisfaction.

We would like to compliment Michael D’Antoni and Urena Construction and Design for the absolutely superb work and service they provided us. We had a flood two days before our departure for several months abroad, and frankly were rescued by Michael. He came to our Manhattan apartment on the day we called, evaluated the work that needed to be done and got it done it in a timely fashion. The workmanship of his team was excellent, the electrician solved a short others did not find, and his team worked diligently with no delays. Michelle did a great job with all the paper work. Michael scores a 10 in communications with lots of phone calls and pictures. We thank Urena and Michael D’Antoni for the dedication they showed throughout the project. We look forward to working with Urena in the future and certainly highly recommend them.

We were introduced to the team at Urena construction after a terrible house fire. After meeting and speaking with the team I felt confident that they would do their very best to get us back home. I was not disappointed. Odalis and team showed great professionalism as they explained the entire process of the renovation. We were kept up to date during the entire process, even when faced with unexpected problems along the way. Thank You Odalis, Jonathan and Javier. He is great at interior design and gave great suggestions on choosing designs that went perfectly together. AMAZING WORK!!!JOB WELL DONE!!! Odalis and Johnathan, Project Supervisor, are very professional and efficient. They were able to accommodate me around my hectic schedule. Nothing was impossible for them! URENA did an exceptional job on one of my apartments that had to be gutted out due to water damage. They worked hard to get this project done in a few days, although they assured me a week or so... I was pressed for time and they delivered!!! THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!! I was very stressed over this project cause I was in the middle of closing on selling and the apartment was totally destroyed. Johnathan made me feel confident and reassured me there would be no problems or issues. He was able to assist me in picking out flooring, kitchen cabinets , doors, paints... the works! I was so confident... I had him pick out the countertops...and they were absolutely fabulous!!!!!I ran into some complications when the work was done which had nothing to do with the services provided by URENA , but after reaching out to them for their advice, they were able to assist me and asked for nothing for this service to me!!! I highly recommend URENA and will be bringing them back for more wok. Their services exceeded my expectations. Everything ran smoothly without any stress for me( these projects can become very stressful )

Odalis and crew has changed my family lives. My family house burned down 2 years ago. UCD started right away and took care of my family as if it was his own. He allowed me to stop by during the process and ensure my satisfaction. He enhanced so many thing under the insurance coverage and managed to do some special things for us. He made special accommodations for my mother in a wheelchair, which I'm forever grateful. The crew is now part and forever be a part of my family.

We had a house fire in Queens NY, 2018. A friend of the family recommended Urena Construction & Design. They got permits 3 weeks after the fire. It took them 3 month to completely remodel our 2 family home. Odalis Urena went beyond what the insurance payed for. I will forever be grateful thank you Urena !!

Im really Surprised at the review recently posted, I hired Urena Construction and they were excellent! Took them approximately 6 months to 7 months to start and finish my house in Mt. Vernon despite all the pre inspections and restrictions in my town. I would recommend this contractor anyday. Odalis went above and beyond with what the insurance paid for and what he promised.

Mr. Urena, was very helpful and determined in feeding my needs. His crew was very respectful and clean during the renovation process. The job was finished in perfect timing. They are a very good team, and they are very up to date with modern designs.
