Rude. Contact at this company proceeded to mansplain my truss repair to me when all I asked from him was a roofing estimate. Continued to go on and on about me needing a General contractor as if I didn't already know, and how it didn't sound like I had an engineer look at it, which is weird considering I attached the engineer report to my request for bids. Proceeded to mansplain the role of restoration companies and general contractors as if I haven't been navigating this road for 7 months. When I explained to him that I have an engineer and contacted several contractors NONE of which will do the reroof and that I requested a bid for a roof replacement, not a lecture, he hung up on me. Maybe they do good work. I'll never know.
