In the past 8 months now I’ve had leaks from the pump under my system. I have let them know 4 times. Sending pictures, calling…. Etc.
it’s so bad that every single day my sons floor is wet and the AC access stays completely soaked. I have to put a HUGE bucket under the pipe that leaks and it fills up every 4 hours. So having to get up in the middle of the night to pour out the water, and when I get home from a long day of work, the towels I have put under the bucket are soaked and it’s leaking over.
It’s beyond a nightmare.
The last excuse I heard was there was a death in the family. 10 days before that they said they’d be here the very next day and I was ghosted.
They might be kind the first time you meet. When they’re making all their money, but when it comes to maintenance or fixing problems that are their fault, they are horrible. My problem still isn’t fixed.
