We have used U.S. Home Design Build for two renovation projects, and we are quite pleased with the results of both. The first, and larger, project involved a two-story addition to the back of the house, which produced a much larger kitchen than what we had before, as well as a store room/workshop on the ground floor below. We are especially delighted with our new kitchen. In addition to the overall favorable results of the project, I would specifically mention three aspects of this company’s work. One is the quality of the carpentry and other craftsmanship. The pantries in the kitchen, for example, have shelving exactly the way we wanted, and the wood trim in the rest of the kitchen exhibits excellent fit and finish. A second attribute is Min Yi’s determination to get details of the project correct and to do whatever he needs to do to make sure any possible deficiencies are corrected. An issue came up during the kitchen project, for example, regarding the size of the main sink being installed. Min worked with the granite fabricator to make a correction and give us exactly the kind of sink and counter we wanted. Third, Min offers his own good ideas and will take the initiative to improve the finished product in ways that we, the homeowners, may not have thought of. He had his crew completely reset two of the windows in the kitchen, for example, to center them exactly in the spaces they occupy between cabinets. The exact location of the windows is not something we had thought of or would have made an issue of, but we agree that the result after the resetting is esthetically superior.
Being pleased with the kitchen project, we later turned to U.S. Home Design Build for a separate renovation of the master bedroom suite, which involved a complete remodeling of the bathroom and a rearrangement of walls to create a new enlarged walk-in closet with new counters and cabinets. Again, we are very happy with the result. Min’s crew successfully overcame several challenges regarding plumbing and piping that became apparent only after the old walls were demolished.
Based on our experiences with both these projects, we can recommend U.S. Home Design Build without reservation. -

Min and the team at US Home Design Build did a fantastic job at remodeling our kitchen. The cabinets are fantastic, great quality, and the granite countertops are so much better than our previous tile counters. They finished the job on time.

They remodeled our entire house including kitchen, bathrooms, floorings & painting. From start to finsih, I cacnt say enough about how professional they are. Their price was a bit higher than some other contractors but we chose them becuase they had good references. It was a good decision we made. We definitly recommend US home construction because we trust their work and they know what they are doing.

Great place to visit if you are going to build a house renovate rooms do Kitchens bathrooms anything to do with building they have so many stands and so many great products you can touch them feel them see them this is a good part about going there and it is all laid out nice and easy. Very impressed with US Home Design Build and would highly recommend them.
