Hello, All, they don't even deserve one start, and Yes that is a terrible company to work with them, don't do business with them, they are thief, fraud, or whatever bad thing you can think they are, very disrespectful people, plus they work with another terrible public adjuster name Pinnacle Public Adjuster (pinnacleadjuster.com) very bad people, they both work together so don't do business with them, whatever they did with me, it was really terrible they alter the contract, and they never start the work, and they were keep dragging me telling me due to COVID we are not getting any contract plus we need money for materials etc thing they told, and I trust them, but now they lost my trust, my big mistake was I paid them in advance and they never payback, after a year they finish the contract, i am keep calling visiting their office they never open a door or pick a call. I am going to open a case with BBB as well and upon checking with BBB found three complaints against them, I wish I could check BBB earlier :( .. however, it was my wrong decision to work with them. so my humble advice, please don't do business with them, I will take legal action against them.
