    REI Reno and Maintenance

    Anyone who works in SFH REI knows how difficult it is to find a good vendor. Look no further! US Legacy is by far the simplest vendor to work with. They were my go-to GC when I worked in renovations, and upon switching to a new company, I was pleased to find that their maintenance department is just as reliable!!! They work quickly; never overestimate with unnecessary repairs (huge plus when working in REI); communication is fast and clear; provide market pricing (many times even below market prices); work is completed on time, within budget, and always good quality. They even have an appliance repair team that handles ONLY appliance repairs, which means repairs get completed sooner than expected. I could not over-recommend them! Great team of people working here, keep up the good work!
