USA Building solutions while replacing my porch deck noted indications of exterior siding damage. Their investigation found dry rot damage to studs below window boxes. The damaged areas were quickly stripped and replaced with new vapor barriers installed. I was so impressed with that work I recently asked them to strip old carpeting from the entire house and we are looking forward to installlation of new laminate wood flooring throughout. I’m impressed with how fast they work so I know I’m not paying for idle time.
