USA Water Heaters - Installation & Repair

About three weeks ago, the water heater in my house that had been in use for more than ten years stopped working. So I researched for water heater replacement and repair shops through the internet and found USA Water Heaters had good reviews. I read a lot of reviews and decided to go with them. I called the company and got a quick reply. The next morning they came to my house. Immediately after the inspection, a new water heater with the same model was replaced. Their service was professional and serious. I was very satisfied. I will continue to seek their help if I have any water heater problems in the future. Thank you USA Water Heaters!

My experience with USA Water Heaters was perfect. Called in the morning, and Dennis sent out Nick a few hours later. I needed a non-standard unit which Nick did not have in his van, so Dennis delivered the unit while Nick started the job of draining, removing, and prepping the area. Job was completed same day, and our new water heater has been performing perfectly.

Dennis was so efficiently came to fix my water heater issue within 2.5 hours right after I called him. He could totally understand his customers need and he was so professional to find out the issue and fix the part instead of asking you to replace a new water heater tank. First my water heater broke, of course. I talked to a number of plumbers and Dennis at USA Water Heaters. He gave me a price range when I called that wasn't crazy like all the plumbers I talked to. I thought it was unique that they specialize in just water heater repair. They scheduled to be at my house in the next AM. Their tech arrived on time. My water heater couldn't be repaired as it was 20+ years old. The tech installed a new one within about two hours. That was late 2019. Since then, I have referred them to a friend who was completely satisfied with the work. Also, I have a rental property that had the water heater go out in July 2020. I called them and their repair person had an opening in the late afternoon. He was on-time and did an excellent job on installing a new water heater. So after experiencing three water heater installs, would I recommend them? Yes. Very much. They offer a great service at what I think is a fair price.
