In short: Stay away if you value your sanity.
The owner is a decent salesman and gives a good pitch but everything else about the business feels like being a scam victim. They require a large deposit at the start, and after that be prepared for a terrible service. Issues I had were a dedicated email address for my project that does not respond to any communications until you call and then maybe they'll respond a week later. Promises made by phone get forgotten, a series of scheduled workdays that come and go + surprise workman showing up without notice. And best of all the imposition of a dramatic 5x escalation in price with a one-hour decision deadline. Finally a lack of even finishing the job after 6 months. If they are still in business when you are reading this, please learn from my mistake!
