I definitely would not recommend this contractor. Over promised and under delivered. Checked with a third-party contractor to make sure they were paid and he told them he was done with us and they were going to have to get their money from us when we had prepaid him for their services - he did finally pay them. Made basic construction errors, when we said we needed to talk, he was not available - asked him to make minor`modification to framed-in area under bay window (wanted some metal material wrapped around bottom so wood wouldn't rot - he refused, asking his father if they did it that way, and his Dad said no - not like we weren't expecting to pay for labor and material involved. He also did not record a $4,000.00 payment we had made to him - there was a reason he was readily available when everyone else had a wait list.
