    New spec home he’d built
    $600,000

    Overall Victor Vasilyev/V. Contruction did good work. He knows his stuff, he works very hard and has plenty of non-english speaking resources available. The problems we experienced were his communications (and with his sub-contractors), lack of attention to detail and follow-thru. The worst part is his temper that we observed and experienced. Many times we had to follow-up, double check what he claimed, and needing to ask him to make sure things got done that he said he’d do. After the fact, we learned he’s known for taking short-cuts and questionable work arounds. Be sure to watch him carefully, double check things he says he’ll get done and the claims he makes. He does his best, but he needs to be watched and be careful to trust him

    V. Construction is really a team of one, Victor V. There’s a lot to be said about why, given a choice, why his suppliers, sub-contractors, and others choose not to continue doing business with him. I and others have painfully experienced his pig-headed stubbornness, being used and his temper. I’d suggest talking first with his former and current subs, former partners, home buyers, and neighbors living around his projects
