    Put an entire addition on my house there.
    $142,720

    I have been extremely pleased with VF Contracting Co. His estimate came in the middle of the three that I got. He and his team put an entire addition on my house in Berea, OH. It included excavating, concrete work, water& sanitary plumbing, framing, heating, AC electrical, drywalling, painting, roofing…the whole works! I should note that they were assisted by Strongsville Heating and Cooling Co for the heat and air installations. He was easy to talk to regarding every facet of the job. He stuck very close to the estimate he gave. In the end there was an extra amount for things he did on my request that were not included in the original agreement. No complaints about that. I highly recommend VF Contracting Co. In fact neighbors who watched his work in progress have hired him/them to do work on their house.

    install laminate flooring

    Do not use VF Contracting. I used their services because of knowing an employee personally. After giving me a quote, the owner Vinny raised the price because he said another employee neglected to include the upstairs landing in the quote. He should have stood by the amount we agreed upon. Now I have an issue where when it gets hot, the floor bows up in an area of my living room because my laminate flooring wasn't installed properly. You can actually bounce on it. I was told in November they would come back and fix it. To this date, no contact. I am very disappointed with the character of the owner. Go elsewhere.
