Avoid them if you can. They were assigned my case by First American Home Warranty, came to my house, didn't even diagnose for reported issue, collected their $75 check and left. No idea what their recommendations were and claim was denied because of incorrect diagnoses. So, unless you want to donate $75 to them, refuse their service and ask for another company when dealing with home warranty insurance.

They gave me an appointment that was two weeks out. I took the day off. They called me when they were supposed to be here and they gave me some BS excuse that you are out of geographic area and cancelled on me. Their location is only a few miles a way from me and I had given them my address from the beginning. So unprofessional.

Avoid them! They were assigned my case by My Warranty company. They arrived and explained what could be done to repair the outlet. The claim was denied because of incorrect diagnoses stating it was prexisting ! Of course it was prexisting I just moved in ! I hired an electrician after they denied claim and it took him 40minutes to complete the job up to code and clean ! Such an unethical business . The unfortunate thing is the boss stands behind this type of behavior! I don’t know how they could sleep at night ! Not being honest will catch up to you
