italii completely remodeled my bathroom down to the studs last year, and will be doing my kitchen this year. He is highly skilled and detail oriented so everything comes out just right. He is also honest, dependable, and very easy to work with. For my bathroom, he did everything himself: tile work, electrical, heated floors, plumbing, installing new doors in different places, painting and smoothing the walls. When he encounters a problem, for example my ceiling was not straight, he's solves it.
I initially wanted to work with him as he came highly recommended. I am, I admit, a perfectionist and I wanted the tiles to look really good. They do! I'm thrilled! He is also very aesthetic, has a good eye for design, and made excellent suggestions. I live in Oakland, he lives in Sacramento. To be honest, I don't think I could find someone closer to home whose work is as good as his, and as he is available for my kitchen I decided to look no further. I highly recommend V&S Quality Construction.

Vitalii was immaculate with the tile work. As an Engineer, my expectations are unreasonably high, and Vitalii was not only knowledgeable in proper methods, he did the right thing even when I wasn't hovering over his shoulder. Rough framing was exact, even though it wasnt necessary and nobody would know. It's obvious he's been doing this for years. Price was reasonable. Importantly, he picked up the phone when I called and answered texts promptly, even outside work hours. Very happy with the final product.

The crew was very reliable, professional and did excellent quality work. I would highly recommend them. Their bid was low and of course the change orders drove the price up considerably but all in all they still came in less expensive than the other contractors bids. A bit of a communication problem because of the language barrier but all in all I had a very good experience and would happily use Vitalli and his crew again.

We had v&s completely remodel two bathrooms for us. The work included, new flooring, new tile showers, new canaries, new glass showers doors, plumbing and lighting. Vitali and his brother were very professional, friendly and on time with this project. Together, we worked on the design and choosing all the pieces of the project. We really appreciated their willingness to work with our budget and in the end. We have the bathroom of our dream. We will recommend vitali and his cre to our friends who will want to remodel any part of their house.

I can't say enough good things about V&S Quality Construction. Vitaliy and Sergey showed up every day on time, laid canvas down in our hallways, worked hard each day, cleaned up at the end of the day and did a beautiful job with our bathroom remodel.
We hired them to add a tub/shower combo with an acrylic surround to replace the showerless soaking tub that had been in there previously. They had to take the walls down to the studs, remove a 46"x46" window and add a 45"x8.5" window above the surround for light and ventilation. We also had them add exhaust fans in each of our two bathrooms which previously did not have any.
In the process of doing the work they found that an existing mixing valve had been leaking inside the wall for quite some time. Whoever had installed it had not done a good soldering job on the copper pipes and, in fact, had burnt one of the studs in the process. They expertly corrected these problems and completed the job ahead of schedule. And it turned out beautifully.
They did all of this for a reasonable price and kept us advised of the progress every step of the way. We would not hesitate to hire Vitaliy and Sergey again.
If you're like we are, you've probably run across contractors in the past who do shoddy work, are not reliable, don't show up when they say they will and treat you as though you are more of a nuisance than a paying customer. If you've had experiences like that, as we have, I highly recommend you hire V&S Quality Construction. You will not be disappointed. These guys are the real deal. We couldn't be happier.
