Roofer install my (Schumacher Home) roof vents wrong. Installed nails in wrong places on vent causing vent to crack and leak. Cost me $1,200.00+ to correct.

Would not recommend. There are lots of bumps and cracks through the whole roof. They only did a patch job when they were suppose to do a new roof. I realize it has been less than 2 years but unfortunately I am unable to climb a ladder to check their work. The HVAC installer and SRP inspector informed me about my roof recently. I looked up my warrantee for 5 years but it only covers labor. Therefore I will not use it for another patch job when they already were paid $7000.

I would not us this roofing company, Very sloppy work, I now have an ugly roof, I asked them to fix it and they would not, left a big mess on the roof, black tar all over and on the stucco, I will have to get someone out to repair the stucco and do some painting. If I would have read the reviews I could have saved a lot of heartache.

Improperly installed felt paper at drip edges was discovered during a pre-sale home inspection. Victor admitted that his employees had failed to expose the adhesive backing in some areas and some of the felt paper had sunken and became a place where water pooled. Victor and his crew came to the property to address but failed to remedy all of these latent defects from the initial installation and I was forced to pay the new owner $10k in consideration or the entire contract was at risk. Victor assured me that he would address all issues found during the inspection and provide a clear response to each finding but did not. Further, he refused to speak directly with the inspector to neutralize the issues and concerns of the potential buyer. Strongly suggest you NOT contract with V&V roofing.
