I had a leak in my irrigation system which had six stations with a timer panel. I had dug just deep enough to view the coupling joint with the leak. I shared that information and sent photos. They sent two unskilled workers, one could not speak English and the other spoke only limited words. They continued to dig the hole deeper without caution for cable, and cut it. They tried to blame me to cover themselves. They refused to come out and rewire the system. Further, one cut a large hole in a decorative hedge. I have a $3M home and it has lowered the home value as it is.
I am a retired builder and designed and built my home. I've dealt all my career with subcontractors. VACA LANDSCAPE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
