I've been working with Vadim since 1995 and have found him to be a man of impeccable character. He not only has excellent craftsman building skills but an artistic bent as well. He has the ability to work well with sub-contractors and delegate work but follows up on it with a discerning eye to make sure it is done to his high standards. He is good at seeing the overview of a project, but also pays attention to the smallest details. He is a generous man but nobody's fool. I don't think I've ever met or worked with such an honorable and capable contractor. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone who wants an honest and talented contractor who does excellent work and stands by his work and his word. He's the kind of man I would trust on a handshake, and nowadays that is rare!
