We had an addition built on our home and added an outside entrance with concrete walls and a Bilco door. After the first winter, the paint they used on the door started chipping away. I called Bob Valco and he said he would come repaint when the weather started getting warmer. Time after time calling, he never did come paint. We can not use the entrance because it is simply too small to take things in an out (even though Bob knew exactly why we wanted the entrance installed in the first place) so we don't use it. Until recently when we had water damage in the basement, we opened that entrance to find mold growing on the walls of the concrete. I called and talked to Richard Valco and he said he would come look at it.....that was April 28, 2014 - they never ever contacted me back, even after several attempts to contact them.
