Valco did a flat roof in May 2018 for a property we purchased in August. As flat roofs do it leaked after torrential rains in Sept. They came out in two days and made some repairs/changes to prevent any further penetration. I was pleased with quick reply and hoping no more leaks. It is an old brick building.

Roofer did a horrible job, left huge areas of unfinished work. Caused the roof to leak worse than it did before he started. Horrible attitude when I asked them to return and finish the job correctly. He said he would only fix it for additional money Stay away from this company
