Yes I recommend Valencia Construction. I hired them for an addition to my home they took care of the necessary permits and did a fantastic job in very little time. I was in direct contact with the field manager and he explained every part of the process and if there were any adjustments to be made he took care of it. They exceeded my expectations by offering quality work while finishing up over a week earlier than expected. Great jobs guys!

Gerson Valencia the owner of the company and his family are unique craftsman. They renovated two bathrooms for me and the work was outstanding. They are much more than just general contractors, the suggestions and collaboration with Gerson made for two beautiful bathrooms. We recently hired Valencia Construction to complete a small remodeling project that included a number of tricky, custom details in our living room and other common areas. We initially called around to several contractors and didn't get any takers for our small project, until a neighbor recommend Valencia Construction. We found Gerson to be very responsive and a good communicator, and willing to take on our small project for a very reasonable price. He and his team of skilled tradesmen were fast, efficient and produced an excellent finished product. My wife and I appreciated their attention to detail and care with protecting our existing finishes and furniture. We were also happy that they did the majority of the work in-house (framing, insulation, tile, painting, siding repair etc) instead of sub-ing it out to others. They are also really good, honest people that deal fairly and take pride in their work and their clients' satisfaction. We highly recommend Valencia Construction to anyone needing a residential contractor, and will definitely hire them again for future projects at our home!
