If you are considering using Mike Valentine for your project, I would be happy to speak with you to share our experience from our new home construction project in Menlo Park from 2013 - 2015. It was an absolute disaster. Mr. Valentine walked away from the project after we moved in despite a punch list of over 100 items that were incomplete. We then hired a Construction Consultant to address the items in the punch list and the Consultant discovered countless negligent mistakes in addition to the cosmetic issues on our punch list. Mr. Valentine now claims to be out of business so we have limited recourse.
