We built a home with Valere in Trentino (No 14) which is still not finished 14 months after it was started. They told us 5-8 months to complete. We caught their contractors drinking on the job. They have made our life absolutely miserable the last 14 months. We had to hire an attorney mid-project to make them do their job. Another of their recent Trentino unit build (completed this year) had a similar problem and had to hire an attorney as well. These guys are crooks. They don't even self perform any of the work. They are a paper contractor that hires subs and marks the job up. Then they take no responsibility for quality or schedule. Chris and Charles will lie straight to your face. Valere built our family a beautiful home, and the Valere family is easy to work with. Kind, considerate and aiming to please. Every circumstance when building is individual just as how we respond to different situations in life. Building a house is a huge undertaking, and we are going to encounter challenges as with anything else, however, in the end we are happy to say we love our home and the relationship we continue to have with Valere. They set high standards and are personal and accessible . Absolutely consider them if you are planning to build.
