Poor Installation Experience and No Accountability
I had $30,000 worth of Andersen windows and doors installed — excellent products that require little maintenance. Unfortunately, I hired Brian Vallee Construction for the installation, and the experience was disappointing from the start.
There were long delays, disagreements among his workers, and Brian was rarely on-site. A major issue is that one of the doors no longer locks due to poor alignment. Brian attempted a fix two months ago that didn’t work, and since then has dodged follow-ups. Now he’s refusing to return unless I pay him — for a problem caused by his own workmanship.
I’ve turned to the window and door supplier for help. I would not recommend Brian Vallee Construction due to poor service, lack of professionalism, and no accountability for his work.
