Family Member
Mr. Wolf installed a new replacement breaker box as we had added a new heating/ac system in our home. I had to call him back the day after he supposedly completed the work as a circuit in our kitchen was not working. I had to call him back two additional times because two additional circuits in my home were not working. He refused to come back when I called him the third time as several years had passed and he did not consider it within his “workmanship” warranty. He obviously did not ensure that all circuits contained in our existing breaker box were properly transferred to the new breaker box and he did not verify all circuits in my home were functioning properly before he informed me that the job was completed. Electrical industry standards require all circuits operational verification whenever a new replacement breaker box is installed. My experience with Mr. Wolf indicates he did not check his work properly and simply did not ensure all operational circuits in the existing breaker box were properly transferred to and operational within the new breaker box.
