I had electrical work done, afterwords a second refrigerator outside stopped working and the plug is dead. Everything in the refrigerator and freezer went bad. I asked Valley Isle to come out and look at . They said why so too long to notify them of the melt down, and made other accusations. It takes a refrigerator a few days to start dripping from the bottom and the freezer takes even longer. It is a second refrigerator, I don't open it regularly. They said they would send out the electrican to look out, but if it was my fault I had to pay for his trip. I haven't touched anything.The refrigerator has been working for 4 years. Lars is now threatening me with a home lein if I don't pay the balance of the bill and calling the county inspector to look at the whole house wiring to see if it is up to code. He has just sent me a e mail that he is calling the county per my request. I made no request. I feel Valley Isle Builders customer service SUCKS ! Who needs a company like this ? not me.
