I signed a contract with Dave Ledo of Valley Mechanical LLC in August of 2022 to install two (2) new HVAC systems to include a new high efficiency furnace and a heat pump to match the furnace. He was represented at my house with Beau Brady of Goodin Companies in Minneapolis, MN who was to provide the equipment. That was in August of 2022 and work was to begin soon after. Dave Ledo kept putting me off, telling me that he had other projects that needed to be done before the cold weather sets in or that he had health problems. I have been on the phone with him but he always has an excuse and says that he will call me on a specific day and time but he has never made any of those calls. In short, he and Beau Brady scammed me out of over $16,000 and have never followed through with their promises or proposal. Be aware and don't use these guys.
