    Shower drain and tile
    $12,000

    we had a shower drain leak. They were supposed to fix plumbing and re-tile the shower. We paid half down 5/31/22. They never came to do the work. Would not respond to calls or texts. Finally in July they sent someone out to"fix" the drain plumbing. they never cam back to complete the tile. They rarely responded to calls and texts. In last August we asked for refund (minus what we owed for the plumbing for the drain). They did not respond. we asked for an invoice for the drain plumbing 3 times. We found another contractor to finish the work, we had to file credit card dispute so we could pay the new contractor to start the work. New contractor found the the "fixed" drain plumbing was not done correctly and it still leaked. Pictures were taken.
