Spread the word. Val's Construction owned by William Valiton in Ashburnham takes your money and doesn't finish the job. Also advertises as being registered and his registration expired in 2005. The the court ordered him to pay me, all of a sudden he says he hasn't worked since last November and does not have the ability to pay. So guess whos out the money?
