I read reviews and complaints for 5 basement contractors and Value Dry was the only one with an A Rating with the Better Business Bureau and the National Consumer Protection Bureau. There were only a couple Value Dry complaints which is impressive since they've waterproofed over 150,000 in the United States including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Illinois, Michigan, Rhode Island, Connecticut and many other states. There were many good Value Dry reviews on the NCPB site and for the BBB. I chose Value Dry Basement Waterproofing even though they were the third lowest bidder on the job. I wanted the best and I got it. I have no Value Dry complaints to offer as they did an amazing job. I'd have to say this is another A+ Value Dry Basement Review! My house is twice the size as it used to be and I'd have to say it was actually a pleasure doing business with them. That's a rarity!

I was extremely happy with their services. I had the same experience as other reviews I found on the internet. The workers were very clean,very accommodating, worked effectively and efficiently, kept me up to date with how everything worked and for the first time ever, I have a dry basement. This was done in the fall and since then, we framed out a fully functional bedroom that is being used and we are in the process of finishing the rest of the basement. I am very happy with the results. I organized a day to visit their facility in King of Prussia and I was blown away. The volume was heavy, the company was moving, the phones were ringing, trucks were being loaded and send out for work. I also met some of the workers who all wore company shirts. I was able to talk to the managers on the site and everyone there made themselves available to answer any question I had.
