Bob upgraded my panel from fuses to circuit breakers. No new circuits were added. However, he had to run new wires from the peak of the house, where they connect to the wires coming from the pole, all the way to a new meter panel outside, and a new breaker panel inside. His bid was very competitive. He did a fantastic job!! It was a very cold February day, and much of the job was outside. He did the entire job in 1 day. He even pointed out that my old electrical meter was directly above my gas meter, which is a no-no, so he moved the new electrical panel around the corner of the house. Bob was very aware of all the new 2020 electrical codes as well. I highly recommend Bob and would hire him again in a heart beat!!
