We met the VanDeels in 2022 and knew immediately that they were the builder we wanted to build us our retirement home in Nathrop, Co. I have over 30 years of home building experience in North Texas, so i have an idea how to run a job site. Michelle, Duke, and Chris did an outstanding job building our new home. They did their best to control the costs as we are in the middle of rapidly rising prices.Chris' job site was always clean and orderly unlike many of my sites over the years. I mention this as it shows a level of care and concern that cannot be bought, it shows the characture of the individual.
I highly reccomned VanDeel for any building project. You will not find a better contractor.
