SOME OF OUR RECENT PROJECTS:
JANUARY 2017: Van Dine Construction, LLC. was contracted by Long View Construction to complete a 20,000 sq foot interior commercial demolition. This project was located on 4th Street in Easton, which is the Old Express Times building being converted into the new Easton Police Department.

AUGUST 2016: Van Dine Construction, LLC. was contracted by Aeigis Company to complete a 28,000 sq foot exterior structural steel demolition. This project was located at the Prizer Painter Stoves building on Orton Ave in Reading. A fire had destroyed the company and all that was left standing was the structural steel and concrete block walls. This job was bidded out for 60 days and was completed by our team in a record breaking 2 weeks.

JUNE 2016: Van Dine Construction, LLC. was contracted by a Realty Corporation in Reading to complete an interior demolition to a 5 story apartment building. With a team of 15 men, trash shoot and open top containers we completed this monumental project in 3 weeks.
