We called Bill, Very nice man. Gave us a quote on a job and we agreed that he would do the job...he was not the cheapest but his experience and quality work sold us! HE recommended that we remove the area to be repaired so HE could start the job faster and it would save us a few bucks (not that it mattered) so we did exactly as HE (Bill) told us to do, we removed the flooring area to be repaired!
Bill then refused to return our calls...I texted him and texted...Called and called...I left 4 to 5 voicemails....NOTHING. He texts back...He's in China on vacation and now we are told to call his son to do the job...I call and text his son, his son says he'll come over and look at the job...he never shows up! I wait till Bill gets back to the states and call (surprise no answer) so I leave a voice mail and text him!...NOTHING....HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...Like father like son...The apple in this case doesn't fall far from the tree....IT FALLS IN THE SAME PLACE!
