If you do not plan to visit the construction of your home do not trust Vanderbilt. They did not lay the underlayment to my shingle that’s my roof respectfully, they did not apply the second coat of paint to my interior rooms. Wired a couple outlets incorrectly that nearly caused a fire. HVAC was installed incorrectly and they tried to do work that was not according to the contract. They appreciated the financial upgrades that were made while pocketing what I was billed for and not applying the materials to my home. Hope this helps.
