DO NOT BUY IT! I have had nothing but problems with my home since purchase. Pete will not come back to resolve any issues with home covered under the builders warranty. Bath tubs were improperly installed. Driveway washed out completely due to improper installation. Leaky doors. Drywall in garage has constant inexplicable wet spots. Builder did not pay contractors resulting in liens against my home. DON'T DO IT!
